We began life as an ‘operational’ project management consultancy, collaboratively supporting and advising our clients throughout the projects programme, facilitating the delivery of various complex and large scale envelope schemes throughout the UK.  Progressing our business strategically, Envosure provide our clients a range of services from ‘pre-contract support, programme development, project management through to a complete 'turnkey' procurement approach to the design, fabrication and installation of the building envelope.

Envosure Limited have been engaged in a vast array of projects across our section, from complex security sensitive nuclear processing facilities through to complex aviation projects, all delivered adjacent to the live airfield.  Leading the project controls discipline upon the main façade programme, in addition to the strategic operational project management requirements, Envosure have consistently demonstrated that through our selection and continued engagement we deliver on our client’s expectations.

Early engagement period upon any project is critical. As time progresses the ability to influence and drive changes to the architectural and structural intent reduces, eventually leaving subcontractors in a position whereby they have to work with what they are provided. 

In this position any potential opportunities which could have been utilised to benefit the project have generally been extinguished for both the clients and subcontractors involved. Prevailing and industry wide ‘legacy’ issues upon projects ultimately constrain client resources and absorb time, detracting significant business attention towards non-profitable objectives. 

Legacy projects ultimately impact the client’s economic projections, cash flow and potentially their overall financial stability, as such representing one of the main foreseeable risks to our sector and our clients. Noting the vast experience Envosure Limited hold in the building envelope sector, our appointment can specifically identify, control and mitigate ‘legacy’ risks from occurring prior to and during the construction phases.

Through early project engagement and genuinely collaborative partnerships with our clients and supply chain, Envosure are able to identify operational, commercial and specification compliance pressures, suggesting viable alternative solutions to ‘de-risk’ the project for collective stakeholders, safeguarding their commercial expectations.
